Dr. Greg Bondy provides lifestyle measures such as diet and exercise to help manage the disease, as well as newer, safer medications that help prevent renal and heart disease in diabetics. As he says, “It used to be that when I would tell someone they had diabetes, I would take ten years off their life expectancy. With newer medications and lifestyle measures, this is no longer the case.”

Dr. Park is the regional medical director for Home Health with Fraser Health Authority and a practicing family physician. She provides medical direction for the Home and Community Care program to support and help clients to live independently at home for as long as possible.
