The Pender Islands Health Care Society is governed by a volunteer Board of Directors.

The Board sets the direction that guides the Society on behalf of the community. Elected for two-year terms, they are eligible to serve for a maximum of three consecutive terms. The Directors appoint an Executive Director who is responsible for day-to-day operations.
