Miranda and Carmel work for Island Health to provide nursing, case management for Island Health Home Supports, and palliative care services on Pender. Community Health Services also provides support and supervision of community health workers who provide home support to clients and families on Pender and the Outer Gulf Islands. Medical Equipment Loans

Beds, walkers, crutches, wheelchairs, bedpans, etc. are available for short and long term loan. Co-ordinated through the Community Health Services in conjunction with the Volunteer Program.
