Did You Know?

• Government support for the cost of the medical clinic is insufficient.

• We are actively and vigorously working to resolve this.

• Other PIHCS activities are supported and other tenants cover their costs.

• Our revenue sources are limited, and come with restrictions on how funds are

used.

• Property tax funds can’t be used for capital projects or for primary health care.

They cover some administrative, insurance, audit and maintenance costs.

• Grant funding is project-specific.

• Many programs depend on annual funding and grant applications.

• There are several necessary upgrades required at the Health Centre.

For 2025-2026, we anticipate a significant shortfall, as we continue to tirelessly seek

more stable funding. Your donation is essential in bridging these gaps.

Health Centre, and to comply with increasingly stringent regulations for safety,

accessibility, fire suppression, security, and safe water systems. Your gift to the General
