Dr. Silvia Alicia Guillemi, Board Member

Silvia and her partner have had a home on Pender Island for 15 years. They have been part time residents to date but are retiring and will be full time on Pender starting in the Fall of 2026. Silvia thinks that the Pender Islands Health Care Centre is an important Community Resource which will enable her and her partner to live a long and healthy life on Pender!

With her previous experience working within the healthcare system in British Columbia, particularly in leadership roles at the John Ruedy Clinic (JRC) at St. Paul’s Hospital, the Hope to Health Clinic in the Downtown Eastside, and in Clinical Education with the University of British Columbia, she brings valuable skills and expertise to the Pender Islands Health Care Society Board.
